Jan 4th Meeting
Ken Becker has been photographing the workings of the Car Shops for Curry Rail for a few years now. On Monday, the 4th, he’ll share with us a collection of these photos. We’ll be at the Hollidaysburg Library at 7:15pm.
December 21st Meeting
It’s time for our annual planning/business meeting. We’ll be at the library at 7:15pm to elect officers and field suggestions and ideas for programs/outings for 2016.
December 7th Meeting
On December 7th, we’ll have our annual Christmas Dinner at Jethro’s in Altoona. We’ll start at 6:30pm. You can find the restaurant’s address on their website: http://jethros4u.com/
November 16th Meeting
On November 16th, we’re back at the Hollidaysburg Library at 7:15pm. We’ll be learning the results of the fall Projected Image competition.
Nov 2nd Meeting
The next meeting won’t be at the library. We’ll be at The Film Center on Monday, November 2nd at 7pm. Britt will be showing us what’s new in the world of photo equipment.
Sept. 21st Meeting
On Monday, the 21st, we’ll be back in the Hollidaysburg Library. Dave Hammaker will be giving a presentation on print making. He’ll give us tips on how to prepare your images and get good prints. We’ll also talk about the many surfaces on which you can get your photos printed. The meeting starts at 7:15pm in the community room of the library.
September 8 Bedford Photo Walk
Our last and final Photo walk meeting of the summer. We will still have a few more photo outings on different days. We will meet at the Bedford County Courthouse on the square in Downtown Bedford at 530. I am going to try and get out of work early. We will tour downtown Bedford on foot. This will be on Tuesday since Monday is Labor Day
