The June Club Meeting is THIS Monday, June 1 in the library community room, at 6:30 PM. Take a trip to Africa through the lens of club member Janet Klingbeil. Wildlife photographers will enjoy her presentation of South Africa wildlife that you would expect, and some that you may have never seen before. She’ll also discuss what equipment she used and suggestions if you ever have the opportunity to travel there. She will also share some landscape, and cultural photos. Take a (virtual) trip to Namibia Monday night, without having to spend money or sit in a plane for 20 hours! All are welcome to the meeting, bring a friend!
On Monday, April 6th, we’ll be in the Community Room of the Hollidaysburg library. The official judges have looked over our photos and handed out the scores. But before we find out the official rankings, we’ll take the time at this meeting to let our members judge the images. Then at the next meeting, we’ll see how our rankings line up with the judges’ determinations.

This deep-dive session is designed to move you past “Auto” and into a more efficient, professional workflow. Bring your camera along so you can follow along and optimize your setup in real-time.
On Monday evening, we’ll be in the library for a tabletop / close-up photography night. Bring you camera and bring some interesting small items for everyone to photograph.
Starting in January 2026, the club will only have one meeting per month in the library. This will generally be the 1st Monday of the month. If a holiday falls on the 1st Monday (Labor Day for example), the library will be closed, and we’ll move our meeting to the 2nd Monday of the month. The 3rd Monday of the month will be focused on outings when the weather permits.
On Monday, Dec 15th, we’ll be in the library. This is our annual planning meeting where we’ll be electing officers and coming up with a calendar of events for 2026. If you have any specific topics you would like us to cover in the near future, Monday evening is your time to speak up.
On Monday evening, we won’t be at the library. We’ll be having our annual Christmas get-together at Marzoni’s in Duncansville. Official start time is 6pm.
