Due to the weather, we have canceled our meeting tonight. We recommend everyone stay home, stay off the bad roads, and stay safe.
We’ll be in the Children’s Room of the Hollidaysburg Library tonight (7:15pm). Continuing our “Back to Basics” theme, Brandon and Eric will be explaining the features and settings of your camera.
Since the library is closed on Jan 2nd, our next meeting will be on Monday, Jan 9th. We’re going to start the new year by going back to basics. For this first meeting, we’ll be talking about photo composition basics. The second meeting in January will be on the 23rd, and we’ll be discussing the technical basics of photography.
This Monday, November 21st, we’ll be back in the Hollidaysburg Library at 7:15pm. We’ll be learning the results of our fall competition.
If everything works out right, for our next meeting Jerry Carey will talk to us about using a Quadcopter/Drone for photography and videography. You can check out some of Jerry’s work on his Youtube page.
Our March 16th meeting will be a presentation by Tera Nelson. Tera is an accomplished photographer and has taught photography at Penn State University, The Grier School for Girls and Mount Aloysius College.
